(WTO)之世界知識産權組織通過的條約

工业产权包括：
１、巴黎公約（關于保護工業産權）；簡稱“巴黎公約”，１８８３年在巴黎締結，１９６７年在斯德哥爾摩最後修訂。
２、馬德裏協定（關于防止僞造和冒充商品産地標志）；制裁商品來源的虛假或欺騙標志協定，１８９１年在馬德裏締結，１９５８年在裏斯本最後修訂，到１９９５年１月爲止，有３１個成員國。
３、馬德裏協定（關于商標國際注冊）；商標國際注冊馬德裏協定（簡稱“馬德裏協定”），１８９１年在馬德裏締結，１９６７年在斯德哥爾摩最後修訂，１９８９年增訂了議定書。
４、海牙協定（關于工業品外觀設計國際注冊）；the hague agreement of 6 november 1925, concerning the internationaldeposit of industrial designs.
５、尼斯協定（關于商標注冊商品及服務項目國際分類）；爲商標注冊目的而使用的商品與服務的國際分類協定（簡稱“尼斯協定”）,１９５７年在尼斯締結，１９７７年在日內瓦最後修訂。
６、裏斯本協定（爲保護原産地名稱和國際注冊）lisbon agreement of 31 october 1958, for the protection of appellationsof origin and their international registration.
７、洛加諾協定（設立工業品外觀設計國際分類）；locarno agreement of 8 october 1968, establishing an international classification for industrial designs.
８、斯特拉斯堡協定（ＩＰＣ聯盟）（確定統一世界專利分類）；strasbourg agreement of 24 march 1971, concerning the international patent classification (ipc)
９、專利合作條約（ＰＣＴ聯盟）（統一締約國的專利申請和調查）；１９７０年６月１９日締結。
１０、布達佩斯條約（國際承認用于專利程序的微生物國際保存）；１９７７年４月２８日締結。
１１、維也納協定（保護鉛字字樣和國際寄存）；
１２、維也納協定（關于標記圖形要素國際分類）；vienna agreement of 12 june 1973, establishing an international classification of the figurative elements of marks.
１３、日內瓦協定（關于科學發現國際注冊）；
１４、內羅畢條約（關于保護奧林匹克標志）；nairobi treaty of 26 september 1981, on the protection of the olympicsymbol.
１５、華盛頓條約（關于保護集成電路）；washington treaty on intellectual property in respect of integratedcircuits.１９８９年在華盛頓通過。
１６、商標法條約（１９９４年１０月在日內瓦締結）；trademark law treaty (tlt).
１７、與馬德裏協定相關的議定書１９８９年通過。至１９９５年９月，共有４個成員國。
１８、商標注冊條約，１９８０年在維也納締結，到１９９５年１月止，有５個成員國，但其中的原蘇聯解體後，“獨聯體”國家或俄羅斯在該條約上的態度還不清楚。
著作權包括：
１、伯爾尼聯盟（關于保護文學藝術作品）；１８８６年通過。
２、羅馬公約（關于保護表演者，唱片制作者和廣播組織）；rome convention, 26 october 1961, for the protection of performers,producers of phonograms and broadcasting organizations.
３、布魯塞爾公約（關于分配衛星傳送信號）；brussels convention, 21 may 1974, relating to the distribution ofprogramme-carrying signals transmitted by satellite.
４、日內瓦公約（關于保護錄音制品制作者防止未經許可複制其錄音制品）；geneva convention, 29 october 1971, for the protection of producers of phonograms against unauthorized duplication of their phonograms.
５、treaty of 28 april 1989, on the international registration ofaudiovisual works.
６、關于保護文學和藝術作品若幹問題的條約；wipo copyright treaty (wct).１９９６年１２月２０日通過。
７、保護表演者和唱片制作者權利條約；wipo performances and producers of phonograms treaty (wppt).１９９６年１２月２０日通過。
此外，世界貿易組織的《與貿易有關的知識産權協議》，于１９９４年４月在馬拉加什締結，是不屬于世界知識産權組織管理的一個主要知識産權條約，它于１９９５年１月生效。
